What is the cancellation policy for rentals at The Pontoon Guy?

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Less notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Is prior boating experience required to rent from The Pontoon Guy?

That depends. We offer a Captains service if needed. If you oporate our boat, some boating experiance is required. Pontoon boats pretty easy to control and with our simple Pickup/dropoff location, there's nothing to it. You've got this!
